Packaging

All of our salads and cream cheeses are hand-dipped into a polyethylene liner and packaged in colorful Don's Salads containers. Lids are attached with tamper-evident seals. After passing through a metal detector, these products are palletized and refrigerated at approximately 34-to-38 degrees Fahrenheit until shipped to our customers.

Soups are packed in heat-resistant polyethylene bags fastened with metal clips. They are shipped frozen for the end-user to thaw.

Puddings are packed in vacuum-sealed plastic trays and refrigerated at approximately 34-to-38 degrees until shipped.
