Production Methods

Small-batch mixing and hand-packing under controlled temperatures are fundamental to the production of Don's food products. We manufacture everything under the strictest sanitary conditions - all of our production workers are required to wear lab coats, plastic gloves, hair nets, beard nets, and if need be, masks. These measures are taken to ensure your peace-of-mind, as well as high quality and freshness.

Don's food products are prepared with old-fashioned, home made care. For purposes of efficiency, we constantly research automated methods, but use them only if they improve productivity without compromising the integrity and quality of our products. Through years of experience, our production staff is able to manufacture our products so efficiently that 90 percent of all finished goods are distributed the following day.
